Policies

All orders will be shipped via USPS. We are not responsible once the order has been turned over to the carrier. When placing an order, billing and shipping address must match the card that you are using or your order will be cancelled. Orders will be shipped out Monday- Friday excluding national holidays.Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your email. You can track your order from our website or via the USPS website. Due to the nature of our products, there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If there is an issue, store credit will be issued at our discretion.
